Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Collaboration with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service will be key to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and performance.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
- Capable of using common retail equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in retail is a plus.
