Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
