Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, keeping the store organized and stocked, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide courteous and prompt customer service to enhance their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and operating equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
