Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks as needed
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
