Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and play a key role in maintaining store operations to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for customers. You will be responsible for cashiering, stocking merchandise, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Assist customers and collaborate effectively with team members
• Provide feedback to management and participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Customer service and cash register experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
