Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure store standards
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register efficiently
• Safely operate equipment and follow company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
