Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures, maintain cleanliness, and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
