Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering responsibilities and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members, provide feedback to management, and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, uphold security measures, and execute other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers accurately.
• Capable of working in a team environment, following instructions, and handling merchandise.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
