Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and assist with cashiering.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
• Operate equipment efficiently and accurately, including cash registers and cleaning tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
