Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and following company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Act Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness in the store, and stock shelves efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to cash policies, monitor inventory, and report any issues to management.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
