Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your role will enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Position Type:

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform various tasks to maintain store appearance and functionality.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and working with team members.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and keep inventory accurate.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift and carry merchandise, operate store equipment, and perform cleaning duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to operate a cash register and follow company policies.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior work experience in retail is a bonus.
