Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Skills in equipment operation and general cleaning
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience and product knowledge
