Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for managing store operations effectively. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing, and implementing operational plans. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will play a key role in maintaining store performance and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to deliver excellent customer service.
• Understand and communicate company values to create a cohesive team culture.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and hiring processes.
• Maintain store presentation and product quality.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience with managerial skills preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience, management experience a plus.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
