Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare for running your own store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies while fostering team growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver top-tier customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to promote teamwork and employee engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain store standards, product quality, and signage.
• Participate in the hiring process and manage staff schedules.
• Set performance expectations, provide training opportunities, and conduct evaluations.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred, with at least 3 years in a progressive role.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
