Responsibilities

• Provide support and care to residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s).
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, manage medications and treatments, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Document nursing services and ensure residents maintain their quality of life with dignity.
