Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pine Lodge on a full-time night shift schedule. As an LPN, you will work twelve-hour shifts with rotating weekends, providing efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
