Description: VASA Fitness is seeking a dedicated Personal Fitness Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our club, the Personal Fitness Team Lead is responsible for advancing the personal training business by building and managing a high-performing team. You will help our members achieve their fitness goals while delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase client acquisition and retention rates.
• Create personalized training programs for clients.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment within the Personal Training Cage.
• Ensure clients receive high value from personal training sessions.
• Support and develop personal trainers for growth.
• Attract new clients through member interactions.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales techniques.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in personal training or fitness management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to drive team performance and meet business targets.
• Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals.
• Certifications in personal training are a plus.
