Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Personal Fitness Training Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for driving the personal training business to surpass all fitness financial objectives at the club level. Your role will involve leading and nurturing a high-performing team to help members achieve their fitness goals while providing an exceptional experience during each visit.

Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate a top-tier team that embodies VASA's core values and fosters accountability.
• Enhance acquisition of new and retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an adaptable personal training team to tailor programs to individual client needs.
• Foster a welcoming environment in the Personal Training area through engaging interactions with members and clients.
• Maintain client satisfaction by ensuring high-quality training services and exceptional value.
• Create a supportive community for personal trainers and clients, offering tools for growth and development.
• Establish personal connections with VASA members to attract new clients.
• Provide guidance to personal trainers on consultations and suitable training packages.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets for new client acquisitions.
• Contribute to meeting monthly sales objectives to drive business growth.
