We are looking for a motivated Personal Fitness Training Team Lead to join our dynamic team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing our personal training business and ensuring exceptional fitness experiences for our members. This role involves building and developing a high-performance team, increasing client acquisition, and driving overall business growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team adhering to core values and driving accountability.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing ones.
• Develop an agile team to customize programming for individual client needs.
• Create a welcoming environment for members around the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain clients by ensuring the best value in personal training and fostering a supportive community.
• Coach trainers on consultations and sales to attract new clients.
• Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in personal training or fitness leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in team building and client acquisition.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
