We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Paradigm Rehab. As a Physical Therapist, you will help individuals reconnect with their environment to enhance their quality of life. Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (experience with Hello Note is a plus).
• Must have CPR Certification.
