• Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to establish effective treatment plans.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold a valid Physical Therapy license for New York.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• Current CPR Certification.
