Physical Therapist Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit assessments to evaluate patients' conditions and develop rehabilitation plans.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• Current CPR Certification.
