We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Paradigm Rehab. Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Perform home visit Physical Therapy assessments, providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
