• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit assessments, provide direct patient care, and evaluate potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
