Paradigm Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Specialist to join our compassionate team. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the rewarding opportunity to help individuals improve their quality of life through therapy and rehabilitation.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
