Join our team at Exeter Center as a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN). We offer short-term rehabilitation services, long-term care, and respite care in a beautiful location near Exeter Hospital in Exeter, NH.

Position Highlights

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, patients, and families.
• Establish realistic patient goals and interventions to minimize rehospitalizations.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities and supervise staff.
• Communicate patient information effectively with staff and between shifts.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.
• One to three years of RN experience is preferred.
