Position Highlights

• Report to the Director of Nursing and oversee clinical operations on assigned shifts.
• Implement care delivery processes and maintain adequate nursing staff.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and development.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is a plus.
• BSN preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification required.
