Paradigm Rehab is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals by helping them reconnect with their environment.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
