Join Treeo Senior Living, a Leisure Care managed community, as a Sales Advisor where you will play a pivotal role in connecting with prospective residents, families, and referral sources. Through effective communication and relationship-building, you will introduce the unique benefits of our retirement community and facilitate the sales process to bring new residents home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth discovery to understand the needs of prospects.
  • Lead tours for potential residents and family members, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Maintain tour readiness by routinely inspecting the building and model apartment(s).
  • Coordinate and implement sales and marketing strategies utilizing various channels.
  • Maintain an accurate prospect database and follow up through multiple communication methods.
  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for the community.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for sales.
  • Prior experience in a sales role is advantageous (2 years preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Compensation includes a base wage plus commission.
