Job Description
Join Treeo Senior Living, a Leisure Care managed community, as a Sales Advisor where you will play a pivotal role in connecting with prospective residents, families, and referral sources. Through effective communication and relationship-building, you will introduce the unique benefits of our retirement community and facilitate the sales process to bring new residents home.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth discovery to understand the needs of prospects.
- Lead tours for potential residents and family members, ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Maintain tour readiness by routinely inspecting the building and model apartment(s).
- Coordinate and implement sales and marketing strategies utilizing various channels.
- Maintain an accurate prospect database and follow up through multiple communication methods.
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for the community.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for sales.
- Prior experience in a sales role is advantageous (2 years preferred).
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Compensation includes a base wage plus commission.
