Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and support the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
