Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and contribute to a secure work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment and adhere to standards
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
