Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the operational efficiency of our retail space.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products according to company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
