Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and customer-friendly. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness standards to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure accuracy in stock levels.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning tasks according to standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience a plus.
