We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of performing general cleaning tasks as per company standards
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
