Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
  • Capable of performing general cleaning tasks as per company standards
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
