Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Perform cashiering duties and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the store's appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory counts and monitoring inventory levels.
• Operate equipment such as a cash register, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to physical demands of the role, including stocking merchandise and performing general cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages based on state and local regulations.
