Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains its excellent standards. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, operating the cashier, and maintaining a tidy store environment to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Knowledge of operating store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
