Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a key part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
