Job Description
Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member and play a key role in maintaining our stores to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will be involved in various tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, maintain neat merchandise displays, and handle general cleaning duties.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and specific equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
