Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
