Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store's success by merchandising and stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Collaborating with your ALDI team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience for all.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and assist customers with purchases
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback to the management team on product inventory and customer issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to company policies
• Follow established cash handling procedures
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Efficient and accurate operation of equipment
• Experience in retail is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
