Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of appearance and provides exceptional customer service. From stocking products to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Assist customers with shopping and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
