Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus
