Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the dynamic ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
