Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Comply with company policies and maintain document security
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
