Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our store, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Values in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with team and management
• Provide feedback on products and help with inventory management

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Proficient in customer service and operating cash registers
• Able to follow company policies and operate equipment safely
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is preferred
• Ability to handle alcoholic beverages as per state and local regulations
