Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
