Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and inviting environment, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and collaborating with team members to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products
• Operate the cash register
• Provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and management
• Assist in inventory control
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate equipment
• Strong communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
