Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. This position involves cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a neat store appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Adhere to cash policies and ensure accurate inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
