Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI's team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized and maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with your team to deliver a great shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Core Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure organized displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory monitoring and management
• Adhere to cash handling and company policies
• Perform general cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is a plus
