Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory, provide feedback on products, and report any issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
